Howdy!

My name is Matías. I'm a passionate mobile developer, slash designer, slash full-stack engineer with more than ten years experience, focused on building great and enjoyable applications users tend to love. For every single project that I have done my focus has been on creating the best user experience possible. I've worked with several larger as well as smaller brands and I seriously love a good challenge. I'm based in Montevideo, Uruguay, but don't let that put you off - We still have the Internet here.

I believe in the value of sharing, so when I'm not developing I'm investing part of my time advocating good code practices, Android development, web development and Git. I really enjoy being an active part of the Open Source community and tend to get involved in as many projects as possible.

I prefer whisky to vodka, have a serious relationship with scrambled eggs, and leave a trail of shoes around my house. When I'm not working or advocating I enjoy a good beer, some good ol' rock and roll, low-budget movies and football.
